HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 215

A JOINT RESOLUTION inviting his excellency, governor Roy Cooper, to address a joint session of the House of representatives and senate.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  A committee of six Representatives and six Senators shall be appointed by the presiding officers of the respective houses to invite His Excellency, Governor Roy Cooper, to address a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the Hall of the House of Representatives at 7:00 P.M. on March 13, 2017.

SECTION 2.  The Honorable Roy Cooper's cabinet nominees are invited to the joint session.

SECTION 3.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 9^th day of March, 2017.
