A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to reauthorize the division of motor vehicles to issue permanent registration plates to radio emergency associated communications teams (react).

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 20‑84(b)(7), as it existed immediately before its repeal under Section 1 of S.L. 2012‑159, is reenacted.

SECTION 2.  G.S. 20‑84(b)(7), as reenacted by Section 1 of this act, reads as rewritten:

"(7)      A motor vehicle owned by an incorporated REACT ("Radio Emergency Association of CitizenAssociated Communications Teams") Team."

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
