AN ACT related to the counties of pitt, greene, wayne, and lenoir and the municipalities within those counties.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  This act relates to the counties of Pitt, Greene, Wayne, and Lenoir and the municipalities within those counties.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
