AN ACT to appropriate Community Development Block Grants for Scattered Site Housing.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated to the Department of Commerce from federal Community Development Block Grant funds made available during the 2017‑2018 fiscal year the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to be allocated for Scattered Site Housing.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2017.
