A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to establish a domestic violence review team in buncombe county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of S.L. 2009‑52, as amended by S.L. 2013‑70, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 5. This act applies to Alamance County, Pitt County, Buncombe County, and Mecklenburg County."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
