A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to the North Carolina housing finance agency's housing trust fund.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency the sum of twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) in recurring funds for the 2008‑2009 fiscal year for the North Carolina Housing Trust Fund.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective on July 1, 2008.
