HOUSE BILL 963

AN ACT affecting the regulation of abandoned or junked motor vehicles in the town of matthews.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of S.L. 2004-30 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 2. This act applies to the Cities of Greenville and Henderson and the Town Towns of Matthews and Waynesville only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 2^nd day of May, 2005.
