HOUSE BILL 1286

AN ACT REPEALING THE REQUIREMENT OF THE CONFERENCE OF DISTRICT ATTORNEYS TO MAINTAIN A REPOSITORY RELATING TO VICTIMS' INFORMATION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 15A-835(e) is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
