GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Chapter 721 of the Session Laws of 1985, Chapter 569 of the Session Laws of 1989, and Section 2 of Chapter 619 of the Session Laws of 1987 are repealed.
Section 2. Nothing in this act affects any contracts or projects previously entered into or undertaken under the provisions of Chapter 721 of the Session Laws of 1985.
Section 3. This act is effective when it becomes law.
