GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 216
AN ACT ADOPTING THE ADULT SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PLAN.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The General Assembly adopts the Adult Substance Abuse Treatment Plan as approved by the Mental Health Study Commission in December 1990. This adoption by the General Assembly is solely for the purpose of providing policy guidance for the development of services.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 5th day of June, 1991.
