GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 700
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 8.3 of Chapter 692, Session Laws of 1989 is amended by adding a new sentence at the beginning of the section to read: "Part II of this act shall become effective August 15, 1989."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
