GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 653
AN ACT TO CHANGE THE PUNISHMENT FOR CERTAIN FELONIES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 14-318.4(a) is amended in line 9 by substituting "Class H" for "Class I".
Sec. 2. G.S. 14-322.1 is amended by deleting the words "Class H" and substituting the words "Class I".
Sec. 3. This act shall become effective October 1, 1983.
