GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 524
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The Department of Transportation may permit private use of and encroachment upon the airspace above Henry Street located inside the corporate limits of the Town of Stoneville for the purpose of construction and maintenance of a bridge to connect and serve a factory or warehouse of Stoneville Furniture Company, Inc.; provided, in the opinion of the Department of Transportation the bridge will not unreasonably interfere with or impair the property rights and easements of abutting owners nor unreasonably interfere with or obstruct the public use of Henry Street.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
