CHAPTER 4
AN ACT TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN AN ACT RELATING TO THE WILMINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 10(a) of Chapter 597 of the 1983 Session Laws is amended by substituting the date "October 11" for the date "October 8".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
