GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 354
AN ACT TO ALLOW THE COUNTY OF GRAHAM TO EXCHANGE PROPERTY WITH THE UNITED STATES FOREST SERVICE.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The County of Graham may exchange real property with the United States Forest Service under the procedures of G.S. 160A-274.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
