HOUSE BILL 852

AN ACT TO MAKE THE SAME SCHOOL CONSOLIDATION AND DISCONTINUANCE OF SCHOOLS PROCEDURES APPLICABLE TO ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 115C-72 is amended by deleting the words "high school" wherever they appear and substituting "public school".

Sec. 2.  This act is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of May, 1983.
