AN ACT RELATING TO HUNTING FOXES IN ONSLOW COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  Chapter 606 of the Public-Local Laws of 1939 is repealed.

Sec. 2.  G.S. 113-133.1(e) is amended by repealing the line that reads:  "Onslow:  Public-Local Laws 1939, Chapter 606."

Sec. 3.  It is the intent and purpose of this act to make the taking of foxes in Onslow County subject to the general laws of the State.

Sec. 4.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1983.
