CHAPTER 1001
AN ACT TO END THE MORATORIUM ON NURSING HOME CONSTRUCTION.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 31 of Chapter 1127 of the 1981 Session Laws is repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1984.
