HOUSE BILL 191

AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE NORTH CAROLINA TRAFFIC SAFETY AUTHORITY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Article 44 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes is repealed.

Sec. 2. G.S. 143B-359 is repealed.

Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
