HOUSE BILL 1593

AN ACT TO REPEAL THE REQUIREMENT OF TAX PAYMENT BEFORE RECORDING A DEED IN WATAUGA COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Section 1, Session Laws of 1975, Chapter 175, is repealed.

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
