HOUSE BILL 423

AN ACT TO AMEND RULE 33 OF THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE TO INCREASE THE TIME TO FILE OBJECTIONS TO INTERROGATORIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 1A-1, Rule 33, as it appears in the 1974 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 1A of the General Statutes, is amended by deleting the figure and word "10 days" in the first paragraph, and inserting in lieu thereof the figure and word "30 days".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 1st day of April, 1975.
