HOUSE BILL 562
AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL RESOURCES FOR THE USE OF HISTORIC OLD SALEM IN PRESERVING, RESTORING AND REPAIRING HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND SITES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, in addition to the appropriation recommended by the Advisory Budget Commission, from the General Fund to the Department of Cultural Resources for the use of historic Old Salem, the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for the fiscal year 1975-76 and ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for the fiscal year 1976-77, to be used for the preservation, restoration and repair of historic buildings and sites.
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1975.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 26th day of June, 1975.
