HOUSE BILL 941

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 66-84 SO AS TO INCLUDE JOHNSTON COUNTY UNDER ARTICLE 17, CHAPTER 66 "CLOSING-OUT SALES".

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 66-84 is hereby amended by inserting the word "Johnston" between the words "Jackson" and "Lee".

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 29th day of May, 1975.
