SENATE BILL 173

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 825 OF THE 1963 SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA RELATING TO PROHIBITION OF AMBULANCE SIRENS IN NEW HANOVER COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Chapter 825 of the 1963 Session Laws of North Carolina is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 7th day of March, 1975.
