AN ACT TO MAKE THE GENERAL PRIMARY LAWS APPLICABLE TO THE NOMINATION OF COUNTY OFFICERS IN MITCHELL COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1. The provisions of the general primary laws of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes shall be applicable in Mitchell County for the purpose of nominating the candidates of the Republican Party for all county offices.

Sec. 2. All local acts and all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are repealed.

Sec. 3. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
