SENATE BILL 104

AN ACT TO LIMIT THE IDENTIFICATION RECORDS WHICH MAY BE USED IN DETERMINING WHETHER A BEER SALE IS BEING MADE TO A MINOR.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 18A-8(b) is amended by deleting therefrom the words "school identification card,".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 23rd day of February, 1973.
