HOUSE BILL 92

 

AN ACT RELATING TO THE GAMES OF "BINGO" AND "SKILO" IN FORSYTH COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  It shall be lawful to play or operate the games of "bingo" and "skilo" in Forsyth County in connection with fairs, conventions, bazaars, or exhibitions sponsored by church, religious, civic, charitable, social, patriotic, fraternal or trade associations of the county.

Sec. 2. It shall be lawful for any church, religious, patriotic or fraternal club or association in Forsyth County to play or operate the games of "bingo" and "skilo" in the church, club or organization's club house or meeting rooms.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict of this act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This act shall be effective upon ratification.
