HOUSE BILL 455

AN ACT TO REPEAL G.S. 110-12(3) REQUIRING A DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE FOR AN EMPLOYED MINOR.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  G.S. 110-12(3) is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 11th day of May, 1971.
