HOUSE BILL 1132

AN ACT INCREASING THE MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT FOR PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS IN ROBESON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Subdivision 16 of G. S. 14-335, as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out in line 1 thereof the words "In Scotland County" and substituting in lieu thereof the words "In Robeson and Scotland Counties".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.
