HOUSE BILL 1059

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 160-181.2 RELATING TO EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING JURISDICTION SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO GLEN ALPINE IN BURKE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 160-181.2 is hereby amended by striking out the period at the end of said Section, inserting a comma in lieu thereof, and adding the words "or to the Town of Glen Alpine in Burke County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
