AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 67-13 RELATING TO DOG DAMAGES SO AS TO EXEMPT FORSYTH COUNTY FROM CERTAIN PROVISIONS THEREOF.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That G. S. 67-13 be amended by adding the word "Forsyth" after the word "Durham" and before the word "Gaston" as the same appears in line 17 thereof.

Sec. 2. That so much of Article 5 of Chapter 67 of the General Statutes of North Carolina as provides for the payment of dog damages shall be inapplicable to Forsyth County.

Sec. 3. That Chapter 283 of the Public Laws of 1931 and Chapter 547 of the Public Laws of 1933 are hereby repealed insofar as they are applicable to Forsyth County.

Sec. 4. That this Act shall apply to Forsyth County only.

Sec. 5. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Sec. 6. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after ratification.
