AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 971 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1955, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO FIX THE SALARIES OF THE JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL-COUNTY COURT OF GREENSBORO.

 

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Subsection (g) of Section 2 of Chapter 971 of the Session Laws of 1955, as amended by Section 4 of Chapter 683 of the Session Laws of 1965, is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures "thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00) per year" in lines 3 and 4 of said subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "fifteen thousand five hundred dollars ($15,500.00) per year", and by striking out the words and figures "twleve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) per year" in line 5 of said subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) per year".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect retroactively to January 1, 1967.
