HOUSE BILL 613

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DARE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO LEASE CERTAIN DESCRIBED SCHOOL PROPERTIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Board of Education of Dare County shall be authorized to lease for educational and recreational purposes the old Manteo Elementary School Gymnasium to the Lions Club for a period not to exceed five years.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective immediately upon its ratification.
