SENATE BILL 373
AN ACT RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE UNION COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. The Union County Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to fix the salary of its own members; provided, however, that the Chairman of the Union County Board of Commissioners shall not receive a salary in excess of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) a month, and the members of the Union County Board of Commissioners shall not receive a salary in excess of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) a month.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
