AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 160-181.2, RELATING TO EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO THE TOWN OF DREXEL, NORTH CAROLINA.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 160-181.2 is hereby amended by changing the period at the end thereof to a comma and by adding the following language:

"or to the Town of Drexel in Burke County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
