HOUSE BILL 194

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 9-4 RELATING TO DRAWING JURORS IN

BLADEN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 9-4 is hereby amended by inserting a new paragraph at the beginning of said Section to read as follows:

"In Bladen County the Board of County Commissioners shall draw not exceeding sixty jurors for each criminal or mixed term of Superior Court and not exceeding forty-eight jurors for each civil term of court."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
