AN ACT AMENDING THE BILL OF COSTS OF THE MOUNT AIRY RECORDER'S COURT SITTING IN THE TOWN OF MOUNT AIRY AND SERVING MOUNT AIRY TOWNSHIP.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. The existing Bill of Costs applicable to the Mount Airy Recorder's Court sitting in Mount Airy and serving Mount Airy Township is hereby replaced in toto by the following Bill of Costs:

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
