HOUSE BILL 223
AN ACT RELATING TO THE JURY VIEWING THE PREMISES IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. The Judge presiding at the trial of any action or proceeding involving the exercise of the right of eminent domain, or the condemnation of real property may, in his discretion, permit the jury to view the property which is the subject of condemnation.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.
