HOUSE BILL 1130

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 113 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA RELATING TO FOX HUNTING IN BEAUFORT COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 113-111, as the same appears in 1960 Replacement Volume 3A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, is hereby amended by deleting the word "Beaufort" in line 3 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
