HOUSE BILL 1085

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 160-227.1 RELATING TO REGULATION OF SUBDIVISIONS BY MAKING THE SAME APPLICABLE TO DURHAM COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 160-227.1 of the General Statutes is hereby amended by deleting from line 4 thereof the word "Durham".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
