AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 67-30 RELATING TO THE HARNETT COUNTY DOG WARDEN.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 67-30 is hereby amended by adding a proviso at the end thereof to read as follows: "Provided, however, that in Harnett County, upon recommendation of the County Board of Health, the Board of County Commissioners may appoint one or more county dog wardens whose duties shall be performed under the supervision and direction of the Harnett County Health Director."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
