HOUSE BILL 1175

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE MARTIN COUNTY OR ANY MUNICIPALITY LOCATED THEREIN TO ACCEPT FEDERAL GRANTS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC LAW 87-658, 87TH CONGRESS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Martin County and/or any municipality located therein is hereby authorized to accept any grants made by the United States or any agency thereof pursuant to Public Law 87-658, 87th Congress, to aid in the financing of any public works or other projects.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
