AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 163-175 RELATING TO THE METHOD OF MARKING BALLOTS IN MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN THE TOWN OF CLAYTON IN JOHNSTON COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. G. S. 163-175, as it appears in the 1961 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following:

"The provisions of paragraph (6) of this Section shall apply to the general municipal elections of the Town of Clayton in Johnston County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
