AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF RIFLES IN DEER HUNTING IN HOKE COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, take, kill, or attempt to take or attempt to kill deer in Hoke County with a rifle; provided that nothing herein contained shall apply to the lands embraced within the confines of the Fort Bragg Military Reservation.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
