AN ACT TO FIX THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE JURY COMMISSIONER IN MADISON COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Amend Chapter 358 of the Session Laws of 1955 by inserting immediately after the word "qualified" and before the word "All" in line 10 of Section 1 of said Act the following: "Any jury commissioner or successor to a jury commissioner appointed under the provisions of this Act shall be a qualified voter of Madison County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
