HOUSE BILL 189

AN ACT TO VALIDATE THE OFFICIAL ACTS OF LUTHER D. MOORE, A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE IN GREENVILLE TOWNSHIP, PITT COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. All the official acts performed by Luther D. Moore, a Justice of the Peace of Greenville Township, Pitt County, North Carolina, between the dates of March 9, 1958, through March 13, 1961, are hereby in all respects confirmed and validated.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 23rd day of March, 1961.
