HOUSE BILL 690

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY TO CONVEY PROPERTY TO THE STATE OR ITS AGENCIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Board of County Commissioners of Cumberland County is hereby empowered and authorized to lease or convey by deed, upon such conditions as it deems appropriate, any real property of the county to the State of North Carolina or such of its agencies as are authorized to hold title to real property.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be effective from and after the date of its ratification.
