SENATE BILL 304

AN ACT MAKING IREDELL COUNTY "STOCK LAW TERRITORY".

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Iredell County shall be and is hereby declared to be "Stock law territory", and shall be subject to all provisions of General Statutes 68-15, 68-23 to 68-31, inclusive, 68-36, and 68-37.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
