HOUSE BILL 323

 

 

AN ACT TO PERMIT THE GENERAL COUNTY COURT OF ALAMANCE COUNTY TO HOLD COURT IN THE AUDITORIUM OF THE ALAMANCE COUNTY AGRICULTURE BUILDING.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. It shall be lawful for the general county court of Alamance County to hold sessions of court in the auditorium of the Alamance County Agriculture Building in the Town of Graham, or such other place as the Board of Commissioners of Alamance County may designate in Alamance County when the Superior Court of the county is in session and using the courtroom in the county courthouse.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
