HOUSE BILL 1220

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 307, SESSION LAWS OF 1957, RELATING TO SALARIES OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NORTHAMPTON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 2 of Chapter 307, Session Laws of 1957, is amended by deleting the words and figures "twenty dollars ($20.00)" in line 6, and substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures "twenty-five dollars ($25.00)".

Sec. 2. Section 3 of Chapter 307, Session Laws of 1957, is amended by deleting the words and figures "fifteen dollars ($15.00)" in line 6 of said Section, and substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures "twenty dollars ($20,00)".

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after ratification.
